Welcome to stars, stones and stories, Episode 73. 2023 A year of victory. We have made it through another turn of the Gregorian calendar year. We are in 2023. And I would just like to honor the fact that there are countless ways of tracking time that go beyond the Gregorian, the Roman perspective. And I do believe that as we go deeper into the Aquarian Age, we're going to reclaim different ways of tracking time. And I believe we're already reclaiming them more and more. And it's part of the reason why time is feeling so elusive. These days, I've been speaking with many, many people. People who would be more on the muggle spectrum, about how they're noticing how time has shifted. And for all of us we're feeling a sensation of time speeding up and slowing down and standing still and shifting rapidly. And it used to be we would notice this around just Eclipse portals. And now it's like we're living in a consistent Eclipse. I've been sharing about this for many years how we are in a period of great transformation and transition on planet Earth on Terra Gaia and this sensation of great transformation. It is like running a marathon. We are in a space where you need to be in a state of mind of endurance and not just sort of distributing your chi or prana, your sacred life force aimlessly. So we need great, great intention. And a theme that I'm feeling very strong for all of us right now is a deepening into our resilience, which means that especially I would say in the month of January and February of 2023 It's very key to be replenishing your body and your sacred bodies. Because we are more than just the physical exterior kind of coding, which I think is a very sacred space to be in. I believe our bodies are temples, and are very holy. And we're so much more than the physical body, we are our soul, we are various mental bodies, we have an emotional body, we have a number of spiritual, energetic, psycho elemental bodies that can range from the subtle body to the auric field. So we're quite vast. And when we come into this human incarnation, what we are attempting to consolidate into a physical body is just like a fraction of who we are. We are each one of us, every single one of you engaged and listening in this Now moment to stars, stones and stories, to hearing my voice as Ra Ma coming through. And for you in service to you, it is key for you to remember in these times that you are so much more vast than this little kind of physical, human template. And when I say little, I don't say that in a demeaning way. I'm thinking of like, little like petite. Like, this morning, my daughter and I were having breakfast. And we just love our new home that we're living in. And we have this nice, beautiful backyard. And it's quite cold. Right now it's winter. Although, on the spectrum of winter, we're in a warmer kind of spell at the current moment. But there was the most beautiful little bunny frolicking in the yard and rabbits, bunnies, they're petite, they're little, we're little when it comes to the infinite timeless quality of the multiverse, we are quite little on our human identities. So our perspective is that of something that is little, at times, right, and then we also can tap into our vastness. So I encourage you, as we're beginning this new year of 2023, I encourage you to tune into your limitless potential because it is quite profound. And you are so much more than what you've ever imagined. We forget we purposely forget, in fact, there's a teaching in the Torah. That right before you take your first breath, your guardian angel swipes you from your nose to your lip. And as your guardian angel swipes you there is a like a agreed, a mutually agreed upon forgetting as you take your first breath. And that's what creates the little cleft that we all have in our upper lip cleft is not the right word. I don't know the correct terminology. But you know, the divots that we all kind of have underneath the nostrils in between the nose and the lip. And that is Talmudic teaching that your guardian angel has created that and it is almost like the sacred pact because the truth is if we knew everything, when we're in this incarnation, it wouldn't be any fun. It's like a game. You know, we're here on one level, it's like a game. And it's a serious game. And it's a playful game. And at times, we take ourselves like way too serious as humans and then at times, like we just gotta like, apply ourselves a little bit more, right, you know, so everything is a sacred dance.

And as we're gathered here for Episode 73, many of you know I like to work with sacred numbers. I've been studying numerology for as long as I've been working with astrology and tarot, so since the early 90s, and 73 when we add that up, it is a 10, which is a one. And so the one is ultimately a new beginning. There's something about our freedom and our creativity and I love that we're beginning the New Year with this podcast, being a one. A one is so aligned, and your new beginning, your identity, your creativity, your freedom, your independence, and your interdependence are being called upon in time and space right now for you to align once more with your truth, with your sacred resonance. So we're going to dive into the astrology that we're experiencing right now. However, first I just want to say, I know so many of us have been really going through some intensity, particularly this week, as I'm recording. It's Jupiter, a Jupiter day, the fifth of January 9:44am. Eastern Standard Time. And I know many of us have kind of felt like a ping pong ball, like one day is like super high frequency, lots of really positive things happening. And then the next day, it's like super intense and lots of kind of, I have the needle experiences where you're being pressurized, and you're being asked to really apply yourself and people I know have been experiencing accidents of all kinds and hospital visits and unexpected large expenses. And just a lot of things are happening right now. So I just would like to remind you that as we've begun this new year of 2023, we have been going through a Mars Retrograde since the 30th of October, however, we've been in the shadow of Mars Retrograde since the third of September, and mid December Mercury went into the shadow of retrograde and then right at the end of December, Mercury stationed retrograde. So right now both Mars and Mercury are retrograde. And this is quite significant because Mars is retrograde and Gemini. And Gemini is ruled by Mercury. So Mercury being retrograde now has kind of doubled down on the Mars Retrograde. And so it's like, we're on a Mercury retrograde on steroids right now. And it's not anything that one needs to necessarily like, you know, wring their hands over. However, we all just want to pay more attention to every single activity we're doing, especially when operating heavy machinery or signing legal contracts. Like definitely, this is not the ideal time to be signing any binding contracts until I would say really the Aquarius New Moon, that would be the best time, which is around the 20th, I think it's the 21st of January. I don't have that calendar in front of me. So you know, circle back around or check your favorite resource. But what I will say is that, we just need to take it easy right now. We need to give ourselves more time and be very gracious, be very gracious, if there are delays or cancellations or things are not happening exactly in the timing you want them to because they will happen. It's just there's a lot of redistribution happening with this Mars and Mercury retrograde and Mars is about to station direct next week. We're going to talk about this in this episode. So things are kind of getting re delegated. And this Mars Retrograde we've been on Mars went into Gemini in August. So this is a long journey with Mars in Gemini. And it is asking each one of us to be very aware of that part of our chart from roughly eight to about 28 degrees Gemini to pay attention to those areas because that is the part that has been reworked around your will and your vitality and how you utilize your sacred lifeforce. And ultimately, there's a deep subconscious clearing and reworking and rewiring that is available in this Mars Retrograde. I've been experiencing this personally on a deep level this ability to really go into old thought patterns and to see where they got picked up and to consciously rewrite them out of my system.

As we're arriving at the sixth of January , Friday, Venus day, the sacred day to the Goddess. We are experiencing the sun shining Uranus which was actually exactly aligned on the fifth of January. And with the Capricorn Sun trining Uranus in Taurus there's just this wide expansive opportunity for fresh new insights for applying ourselves for feeling positive riding the coattails of that positivity. We're in a time when whenever there's a chance to grab onto have that positive thought stream or that neutral mind, go for it, write it. Remember, this is a marathon, we have to treat ourselves really well. And know that there are going to be days where we feel like we're in a slump, where things feel dark. And you might even be like, You know what, like, I'm ready to give up on this whole charade of life. And I would just say, that is an opportunity for you to go deeper into your self care to look at okay, what do I need more of in my life? Do I need more rest? Do I need more exercise? Do I need to shift my nourishment? am I drinking enough high quality water, living water? Water that is working with my consciousness to clear and cleanse me? Are my practices serving me? If not, what do I need to do to shift those practices, these are very significant questions to just continue to circle around with.

And on this Venus day we come to our first full moon of 2023. It is a cancer Full Moon at 16 degrees 21 arc minutes at 6:07pm. Eastern Standard Time. To me this is a very significant moon because we are in the year of the chariot. The Tarot card, the chariot signifies the zodiac sign of cancer. And this is a full moon in cancer that is really giving us an opportunity to shine a light on this great divine mother frequency that wishes to nourish you and support you throughout the year of 2023. Ultimately, on many levels, this is a year of victory, there's going to be a lot of change in 2023, there's more forward momentum, there is great possibility for travel, there is an opportunity for you to step more into your own personal magic.

And the major astrological transits the exact dates of them so that you can be very prepared and have a bird's eye wide view of this year. I think that that is really key because sometimes we get caught up in the minutiae in the details. And the details are great, right? Like they they give definition, they give texture and shape and color. And they add in a vitality of vibrancy. However, there's that saying the devils in the details. And it's kind of a very Virgo in aligned statement in the sense that...I,... you know, Virgo gets such a negative rap in pop astrology in my opinion. And it's such a, an amazing frequency. I love the Virgo in frequency. I mean, I'll raise my hand, I'm a bit biased because I do have four planets in Virgo moon being the main force. So it's it's quite strong in me this Virgo frequency. And at times a Virgo, someone with strong Virgo. And also, all of us can fall into this where we get stuck in the details and that can hold us back. And I can definitely attest to that I have to constantly check myself and look at the wider view, right and we want to stay aligned with the wider view because remember, we're in a marathon. We're in a marathon for a number of years between now in the next five years there's going to be massive, massive radical change in our daily mundane lives in ways we never saw coming. And so we want to know these larger scale energies and how to work with them. This first full moon as it aligns with the moon in her home sign of Cancer allows you to feel that frequency of this year of victory. Now this Full Moon is very interesting because it is aligned conjunct with Pallas Athene and cancer and Pallas Athena is also conjunct Black Moon Lilith and cancer. So there's a energy here that is going to allow you to, if you so desire, with this Full Moon really see your own shadow around the feminine. And see where you hold yourself back, where you don't allow yourself to receive nourishment, or nurturance from others. A lot of us are really good at giving, but not so good at receiving.

And also to look at your personal mother wound, we all have one, even if we have the most amazing mothers, we have all received some sort of lack consciousness or negative programming from our mothers, and through our feminine line. And it's at no one's fault. It is a dance of consciousness ultimately. And I think the more that we can know that and understand that it can help liberate us. And so I think there's a liberation possibility with this full moon, where if you will allow that full moon to shine a light into your most primal and instinctual self, which is so connected to Black Moon, Lilith, she's all about the primal like vitals of the dark, feminine, and she is our true source of power. And so if you're willing to look within the shadows of your feminine self, you can actually find beauty and justice, you can find equity, you can create a whole redistribution of energy with this full moon. Ultimately, this is a really beautiful full moon to do some ceremony with, to allow yourself to be rocked within the arms of the great mother. And also to really own your own thoughts, to take accountability, to take responsibility. The feminine is our gateway to life. And with this full moon, you can ask yourself, what do I wish to co create with the multiverse in the year of 2023? What is holding me back from stepping forward? What am I ready to discard? And what am I willing to call in. And on the following day, Saturday, the seventh of January, the sun meets up with mercury retrograde. So that is a day where we really want to pay attention to what is being said, we want to listen deeply, we want to hear from that liminal space, because there are Sacred Messages coming up to the surface. And on that night of Saturday. These times by the way, they're always in eastern time zone. So you want to calculate for your own time. On that evening of Saturday, the moon shifts into Leo. And that's really important to understand because the moon will shift into Leo. And then the following morning on the eighth of January, which is my beautiful daughter's 12th birthday. I am so blessed to have the most amazing, amazing daughter. And so I just wish to honor her as she is turning 12 . I cannot believe my daughter is 12. 12 years ago, I became a mother and gave birth to her in the most profound way. And it was just so sacred and so holy.

And you may not know this about me. But before I was pregnant, I worked as a birth and postpartum doula. In fact, the first incarnation of my business was called the conscious canopy. I began this business in 2008. And I really saw it as this massive kind of umbrella, like a mystery school, but I knew I wasn't ready to be called to that. And so I offered birth and postpartum doula services, childbirth education classes. I studied in depth through birthing from within and was also a certified doula through birthing from within and a certified childbirth educator. I taught prenatal and postnatal yoga. I held many different sacred spaces for women and their families. And then I myself became pregnant. And I continued that work until I was about in my second trimester. And then I went on my own personal sabbatical, which was an extended sabbatical until my daughter was nearly four years old. And then when I came back into putting my work out into the world, I knew that it needed to shift from what it had been, because I was not in a space where I was ready to be in that birthing realm. Again, I knew I needed to step away and put my energy into other spaces and places.

And something that's been circling around with me more and more is that I really wish to share more of my birth and postpartum experiences and education with others. And so I'm going to be finding ways to weave that in more and more. And I just invite you to stay tuned if those are areas that you're interested in learning about. Because I think it's very important. We're talking about birth as much as we're talking about death. And I love that there's more conversations happening about death, and also looking at the birth world. And I thought we would be so much further than where we are now, when I stepped away from my work, in 2010, I'm kind of shocked at where we are right now in 2023. It's pretty horrifying. And I share this because we're all impacted by birth, every single one of us, there's only two certainties here on Earth, we're born and we die. That's the only thing we know for certain. And there is a lot of power that is held over the realms of birth and death. And there's so much we could speak to around that. But there's something about this particular energy with the full moon this weekend. And then, as the moon completes her fullness, she shifts into Leo on the morning of the eighth of January, or sorry, the night before the eighth of January. But on the morning of the eighth of January, Black Moon Lilith shifts into Leo. So we have them together at the full moon. And then on the morning of the eighth, they're both together in Leo. And this is very significant. Because there's a journey around healing your mother wound so that in turn, you can step into your radiance, you can step into your fullness into your vitality, and you can shine and be who you really are. And in order to do that, you have to look at your connection to your mother. Because Mother is everything, a mother is the gateway to life, through the womb space, we are connected to her, with the umbilical cord, the umbilicus. And in the yogic technology, we talked so much about our connection to the mother through the navel point, and we work with the navel quite a lot, because you can clear a lot through the navel.

This is very significant because now we're seeing babies, right? We're seeing babies like growing in labs without a connection to an umbilicus and a mother. And this is the dark side of the Aquarian Age. And this is something I'm really passionate about bringing more awareness to because having babies growing in labs versus growing in a mother's womb, this is a dark agenda that is not for the New Earth consciousness. And we are here to build the new Earth consciousness. And so we must be advocates all of us, and whatever ways we're called to.

So on the eighth of January, we have mercury trining Uranus again, this whole weekend, you really want to pay attention. There's a lot of kind of subliminal messaging signs and symbols from the multiverse, wanting to speak to you. And then on the ninth of January, Monday, Venus trines Mars. So Venus is in Aquarius, she is trining Mars Retrograde. And this is super significant because Mars is about to station direct. And so this trine to Mars is like Venus aligning, you know, she's asking you again, what are your values? What do you believe in? What do you stand for in the sacred life? And what are you going to do about it, and that is the conversation her and Mars are having on the ninth of January. And so you have this opportunity to get more aligned, more engaged.

As we prepare for on Thursday, the 12th of January we have Mars shifting directed eight degrees, eight arc minutes Gemini, this is at 3:57pm Eastern Standard Time. Now Mars is all about initiation, strategy and challenge helping you to pursue your goals and dreams in this lifetime. And as Mars stations Direct, we have this frequency that is inspiring you to be like wildflowers growing around the ruins of a temple. You have just graduated beyond a very soon Significant cycle, we are closing out this retrograde we've been in since October. But again, Mars entered that shadow on the third of September, and won't clear the final shadow until the 16th of March.

However, so much is going to shift for you around the station of Mars going direct. So you want to notice you want to pay attention to what is coming up for you. Definitely, if you like to journal or write or reflect, I really encourage you to be putting pen to paper as much as you can over the course of the next week, because there's just so much coming from the other world that wants to inspire you for how you're going to move your life forward for this new template for this new rebirth, around your consciousness and your thought patterns, and as a great renewal of self. And on that night of Thursday the 12 we conclude with the moon shifting into Libra creating this harmony, this balance.

May you feel that peace, settle into every cell of your body and anchor into your bones and your marrow. May you feel your timeless capacity and the strength and the power of who you are.
